Research

In addition to its educational programs, the INI is active in numerous research programs. Our students and faculty are conducting groundbreaking research in the area of information networking, both in the INI and through our affiliated research centers.

The INI is the education partner of Carnegie Mellon Cylab, a university-wide, multidisciplinary research center involving more than 200 faculty, students and staff that builds on over two decades of Carnegie Mellon’s leadership in Information Technology.
