INI Academic Programs Overview

The INI offers unique professional graduate degree programs for individuals with a background and interest in technology to equip them with the management and strategic thinking skills necessary to assume entrepreneurial and leadership positions in the areas of information networking, information technology and information security.

Students may earn a master's degree in the United States or at one of the INI partner institutions in Europe and Asia.

The Pittsburgh MSIN is an intensive, full-time, 16-month graduate program that gives students a solid foundation in information technology and introduces students to management, strategic thinking, and policy, with the opportunity to study each of these areas in greater depth through electives. A curriculum option allows students to choose a Professional Track or Research Track to develop an area of specialization. MSIN students are well positioned to pursue leadership, technical, and management positions in a variety of sectors and industries.
