Associate Director of Admissions and Recruitment

As an Associate Director of Admissions and Recruitment, Maureen is responsible for the recruitment of students to INI programs and works to extend and expand the INI's reach to prospective students, while handling the flow of communications with applicants through various channels. She travels to colleges and universities to meet with diverse faculty and prospective students. She also works on events at the INI, such as the annual open house for admitted students.  

Maureen began her career in undergraduate admissions at the University of Pittsburgh and later moved to Los Angeles to become Assistant Director of Admissions and Financial Aid at the University of Southern California. Maureen eventually returned to Pittsburgh to take a position at the Duquesne University School of Law, where she served as Director of Law School Admissions. She later joined Chatham University as Associate Director of Graduate Admission for Health & Lab Sciences.

Maureen graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Education of the Exceptional Child. She has continued her studies through a graduate program in English literature at Duquesne University.

Maureen and her husband Brian have one daughter, Grace. In her free time, Maureen enjoys reading, knitting, cooking for friends and spending time with her family.
