INI Offers Scholarships to 2007 Grace Hopper Celebration of Women in Computing

The Information Networking Institute (INI), an official sponsor of the 2007 Grace Hopper Celebration of Women in Computing, is pleased to announce that it will award five scholarships to female MS18 & MS19 students to attend the conference, as well as a limited stipend for travel and accommodations. The conference will take place from October 17-20, 2007 in Orlando, Florida.

The INI awarded past scholarship to three students: an MS16, MS17 and MS18. To take advantage of this opportunity, please email Nancy Doyle by September 4, 2007 at 5 PM with your name, program and a 1-2 page essay responding to the following:

As a female INI student, identify and describe specific ideas for the Women@INI organization to develop stronger ties with industry, professional organizations, etc. that will result in the development of confident and connected students who are prepared to enter the workplace with the knowledge, skills and abilities needed for success as future leaders and mentors in the fields of information networking or information security.
