Admissions & Alumni Specialist
As
Admissions & Alumni Specialist, Lisa manages the admissions process and maintains alumni contact. This work involves advising and guiding prospective students through the admissions process, serving as a liaison to the Office of International Education to assist foreign students and faculty with visa issues, and supporting the INI's marketing and recruitment effort.
Lisa is deeply involved in events that support and educate INI students. She takes leadership roles in the annual Open House, Orientation and on-line information sessions.
Lisa's skills in working with people come from having a wide and varied background in events management, arts management, proposal and grant writing, and a degree and experience in journalism. She has traveled extensively and gained familiarity with other cultures. She also has assisted in teaching martial arts to college-age young men and women, among other things.

"Among my favorite memories are the early graduation dinners we used to have in October and the MS11 class, which was the class entering when I started at the INI. I remember all the students who have come through the INI, but my fondest memories are of the 11th class."
