DavidDavid Doyle
Multimedia & Software Testing Support Coordinator

As an integral part of the INI's game team, David devotes the majority of his time to developing and testing the assets and applications for Carnegie Cadets: The MySecureCyberspace Game. He specializes in bug testing and sound engineering/directing for the game.

A long-time member of the INI staff, David has been responsible for a number of different things in the past, beginning as a Computer Services Assistant who provided technical support to students. He took up responsibilities for the Web site and later moved into video production for the INI's first distance learning projects to broadcast, record and publish the courses at the INI in Pittsburgh for classrooms in Athens, Greece.

Outside of the INI, David is involved in a number of special events and festivals in the region. "This is my sixth year working at the Pittsburgh Renaissance Festival," said David. "It’s one of my favorite things to do. You meet many wonderful people and see various talents that you wouldn’t get to see anywhere else."

Recommendations to Students

"Pittsburgh is a great city full of hidden wonders. There are tons of things to do — various museums like the Mattress Factory, restaurants like the Gypsy Café, and various festivals — but you sometimes have to work to find them."
