Staff Member: Education, Training and Outreach

AnnAnn Lyon Ritchie
Instructional Designer/Writer

Ann writes and edits articles for the MySecureCyberspace portal, edits content for the game team, and develops various material for educational events about cybersecurity. She contributes to the marketing materials for the graduate programs, which includes maintaining the INI Web site. She is also responsible for producing the INI alumni newsletter each fall.

Before joining the INI, Ann worked for four years as a writer and project coordinator for an interactive marketing agency, and then two years as a technical writer on a variety of IT and research projects around Pittsburgh. She is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon's Master of Arts in Professional Writing program.
