While faced with multiple commitments and expectations under pressure, it's all too easy to lose track of one's own well-being when in fact it's YOU that matters the most.

Many students have already read the editorial published by The Tartan that has sparked an important campus dialogue about CMU's culture and its impact on our well-being. (If you haven't seen it yet, take a minute to read it.) In the days and weeks following the article's publication, many students, faculty, and staff have voiced their reflections on this topic and their aspirations for creating a greater community commitment to wellness.

The university is hosting a forum on Monday, January 28, at 5:00 p.m. Gina Casalegno, dean of student affairs, joins Student Government leaders and Vice Provost Amy Burkert in inviting students to participate in this town hall conversation to explore the CMU culture and our well-being as a community.

All students are welcome, as well as encouraged to participate! Please come take part in this important community conversation.
